MBE Centre Profile

MBE centres in Malaysia target locations within business areas and commercial hubs. A new concept within the networks' expansion plans into special venues such as airports, convention centres, universities, hotels and even military bases began with the new MBE Kiosk which was launched at the San Diego Convention Centre. Currently, MBE Malaysia operates 2 kiosks at Petronas stations under this concept. These retail locations may range from 70 sq ft to 1,800 sq ft.

MBE locations generally employ two or more full-time employees, including the owner/operator. A typical MBE centre operates from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.

• Recognition

MBE Malaysia offers its franchisees the established brand name of MBE which is the leader in business, communication and postal-network, and the world's largest network of franchise business-support centres. MBE also commands widespread consumer recognition.

 

• Site Selection & Centre Design

MBE Malaysia will assist franchisees in site selection and also provide designs for centre buildup.

 

• Initial Set-Up

MBE Malaysia will recommend contractors, architects and suppliers to new franchisees in order to develop economies of scale and to ensure quality standard within the entire network.

 

• Training

New franchisees will attend a comprehensive training programme conducted by our Operations Staff and service providers. Training materials will also be provided to facilitate the training process. In addition, our Operations Staff will work closely with the franchisees to ensure the new centres operate smoothly.

 

• Marketing Support

Franchisees will be given access to a variety of pre-formatted marketing and promotional programmes, materials and related working tools at the retail level. Thus, franchisees will not need to come up with their own marketing tools.

 

• Day-to-Day Operations

MBE Malaysia will conduct regular visits to individual franchisees whereby franchisees will be informed of new products and services or any upcoming promotions. Franchisees will also be able to provide feedback and suggestions on how to improve the performance of MBE in Malaysia.

 

• Networking

Franchisees will benefit from the experience of MBE Headquarters and the entire Franchise Network. In addition, franchisees also stand to gain experience from our fellow Master Licensees and individual franchisees who are developing the MBE Network in diverse markets worldwide.

 

• Research & Development

MBE Malaysia and MBE US will constantly work together to develop, test and refine MBE models and systems in order to benefit franchisees. Furthermore, MBE's more than 5,700 franchise owners are constantly contributing to a documented experience base that will benefit the Global Network as a whole.

 

• Innovative Products & Services

MBE Malaysia is always on the lookout for products and services that are relevant to our nature of business. We will do all the sourcing, negotiations, and packaging to make it easy for the franchisees to just implement and sell the products and services.
