Our desire to assist our clients as much as we can in their operations can be seen in the operations of our mailboxes. These mailboxes are similar to P.O. Boxes which are used to receive mails. Street Address |
A proper street address is important to enhance the image of the customers' business. For example, a mailbox at MBE will carry the following address:

A street address gives more confidence to an investor or client in any business. A P.O. Box address simply receives their mails and does not say anything about their company. But clients all over the world know about MBE's high standards in business support services that come along with our mailboxes. |
Mail Forwarding & Holding |
Keep a mail forwarding credit of RM100-150 and we will be able to forward customers' mails to any part of the world as per their instructions. |
MailCheck™ |
Our unique MailCheck™ service allows the customer to call in to check whether they have any mail in their mailbox. Unlike a P.O. Box, MailCheck™ service saves them the trouble of having to personally check their mails in their mailbox all the time. Alternatively, we can inform the customer, either through phone call or e-mail, if a particular item has arrived in the mail for them. |
Parcel & Registered Mail Receiving |
UPS and DHL do not deliver to a P.O. Box address mainly because there is no one to sign and take responsibility for the package. At MBE, it is different as we are operated by staff who can sign and hold the customers' parcels or mails till they arrive. We are able to receive packages and parcels in any variety of sizes, as long as they can fit through our doors. |
Mailbox Fax Message Handling Service |
This is exclusively for our mailbox holders. They are entitled to use our fax number as their business number to receive faxes or correspondences. |
Virtual MBE |
The virtual assistant that will gather all your communication and deliver them to you at your most preferred method. With VMBE you can keep in touch with all of your messages from various sources - be it your phones, fax machines or computers.
