Terms and Conditions
• One-time initial set-up fee of RM10.00 and a key-deposit of RM10.00 (for each original mail box key)
• One-time payment for number selection:
- RM100.00 for Golden Number (Triple digits e.g. 888, 111)
- RM50.00 for Chosen Number (Customer’s choice of numbers)
• Discounts:
- 10% off rental charges for rental period of 6 months but not exceeding 12 months
- 20% off rental charges for rental period of 12 months and longer
• Additional mail box key (duplicate) at RM7.00 each
• Mail forwarding service can be done with minimum deposit of RM100.00 to be deducted for postage and materials used
• Late fees to be charged at 10% of the monthly rental charges
• Cost of relocking fees amounting to RM20.00 to be borne by Customer in the event the Mailbox lock is changed upon request or fault of Customer
