MBE CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR CONTEST
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MBE Christmas & New Year Contest (hereinafter called the “Promo”) is operated by MBE Business Corporation. Sdn Bhd. (Master Licensee of Mail Boxes Etc. in Malaysia) No. 35-2, Plaza Crystalville 1, Jalan 22A/70A, Desa Sri Hartamas, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (hereinafter called “MBE” / “MBE Malaysia”).

By participating in this Promo, the participants accept and acknowledge the following terms and conditions:

1. ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS
   
   1. An eligible participant is an adult above the age of 18, as of 1st December 2015.
   2. Employees of MBE and its licensed franchisees and other persons with the conception and implementation of the Promo, as well as relatives of the aforementioned persons, are excluded from participating.
   3. MBE reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. Further, MBE reserves the right not to award a prize (and to select an alternative winner) if it becomes aware or has reasonable grounds to believe the winner is not eligible.
2. REQUIREMENTS
   1. In order to take part in the Promo, participants are required to spend a minimum of RM30.00 on courier service at any participating MBE centres.
   2. One(1) single shipment total freight / amount charges CANNOT be split into more than one(1) sales docket. It MUST ONLY be counted within one(1) single receipt.
   3. This PROMO is eligible ONLY for sales of courier services (PosLaju, EMS, City-Link Express, GD Express, DHL, UPS, TNT, & Aramex) at participating MBE outlets.
   4. For every RM30.00 spent on domestic courier service, participant will be entitled to 1 entry. Eg. Spend RM110.00 for any domestic courier service (in a single receipt), you will be entitled to 3 entries.
   5. For every RM30.00 spent on international courier service, participant will be entitled to 3 entries. Eg. Spend RM110.00 for any international courier service (in a single receipt), you will be entitled to 9 entries.
   6. Maximum ten (10) entries per receipt/sales docket.
   7. Every receipt/sales docket can ONLY be used for that particular week. Eg. Receipts/sales dockets obtained during the 1st week are not allowed to be used as entries for other weeks of the Promo.
   8. Participants is required to submit entries via www.mbe.com.my/XMAS2015 by completing the online form including a valid receipt number from participating MBE centres.
   9. The weekly deadline for all entry submissions is three (3) days after the particular Saturday. Eg. Sales docket dated between: 6th and 12th Dec the deadline to submit the entry will be on 15th Dec.
3. TIME FRAME
   
   1. The Promo will run from 6th December and ending on the 30th January 2016 (8 weeks).
   2. All entries must be submitted online starting from 6th December 2015 ending on 2nd February 2016
4. SELECTION OF WINNERS
   
   1. MBE will select the winners within a week after the weekly deadline.
   2. Selection will be randomly based on the entries for the corresponding week.
5. PRIZES
   
   1. For each week, a tablet (Apple iPad Mini 2 or Samsung Galaxy Tab 4) will be awarded to the winning participant as the grand prize.
   2. Consolation prizes will consist of JUSCO shopping vouchers and GSC movie tickets.
   3. Cash or credit alternatives to the prize stated will not be offered. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. MBE DOES NOT accept any responsibility for variations in the value of prizes awarded and no subsequent correspondence will be entertained.
   4. All prizes are subject to availability. MBE reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
   5. MBE will arrange for winners to collect the prizes at selected centres which will be notified beforehand and will not be held responsible for any prizes that are not collected by the winning participants for any reason whatsoever.
   6. Each customer can ONLY win up to ONE(1) grand prize for the entire Promo. Eg. Customer A win grand prize on 1st week of the campaign, he / she will be automatically disqualified to win another grand prize for the remaining period of the Promo.
   7. Each customer can ONLY win up to ONE(1) prize for the corresponding week.
6. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
   
   1. Winner will be chosen randomly from all valid online entries submitted. Only winners will be notified by email and/or phone. MBE is not under obligation to announce the details of the winners for privacy and safety reasons, but results will be submitted to the relevant authorities for audit purposes if required/necessary.
   2. Winners will be announced weekly and published on MBE Malaysia’s Facebook page; www,facebook.com/mbemy.
   3. A reselection will be conducted should a winner be uncontactable / unreachable through phone or there is no response to our SMS / email notification within 48 hours of our attempted communication.
   4. Details to prize collection will be sent to winners. All winners must collect at the predetermined MBE centres and must make themselves available during the prize collection period. If a prize is not claimed in time, a new winner will be selected and the first winner will have forfeited their right to receive a prize.
7. DATA PROTECTION
   
   1. Personal date relating to entrants will only be used for the specific Promo and will be deleted afterwards, except as otherwise stated herein regarding the name of the Promo prize winners and for regulatory purposes.
   2. By entering this Promo, participants explicitly accepted that personal data are being held by MBE in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal data relating to participants may be processed by MBE, its licensed franchisees and third party suppliers to MBE. Such processing will be undertaken for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.
   3. Please note that MBE reserves the right to use the name of winners for publicity purposes.
8. MISCELLANEOUS
   
   1. MBE Malaysia reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. MBE reserves the right to extend, change or terminate the Promo at any time, without prior notice.
